    ·        Equity: USA indices slightly lower premarket ahead of weekly UE claims.  Indices were at the top of the weekly expected move and corrected Wed with IWM still above. Wed Trump tweeted comments regarding defense companies which caused a large intraday drop but after hours Trump tweeted that he wanted a 1.5T defense budget which is a 50% increase (greatest since Korean War) which is leading to a recovery bounce. Defense stocks are in play with the Trump uncertainty. Trump also tweeted Wed that he would ban large investors from buying single family houses which has caused some volatility in the industry.  In the daily rotation game the drone, space companies are higher premarket and precious metals and miners are lower. Bitcoin is pulling back but still holding 90k. Long yields higher ahead of Fri non-farm payrolls, which is the next big econ data point. Volatility is rising into both NFP and the potential SC ruling on the legality of tariffs. Retailers have been rising in the belief that SC will rule tariffs illegal and refund money collected. There are risks that SC could rule differently or Trump can issue new tariffs, which adds uncertainty and hence increases volatility. MAGS are led by GOOGL and NVDA with AAPL lagging. NVDA has has both positive and negative news items regarding sale of H200 with Bloomberg reporting that China co’s will buy and China semi companies rallying on China news saying that govt instructing domestic companies to pause orders. AAPL lower on a downgrade and now below the 260 key level. SPX 6900 remains the bull/bear level. There is minimal hedging below 6900 before Jan Opex which will makes the downside bet cheap on a reward/risk even if the probability is considered lower by the market players. SPY<687 would be a caution level.

    Daily Expected Move. SPX(6956-6885), SPY(693-686), QQQ(628-620),  IWM(257-254)
