    ·        Equity: USA indices slightly higher ahead of NFP premarket and consumer sentiment 10ET. The SC potentially will be releasing a statement on the legality of Trump tariffs. Polymarket has the probability of the tariffs being overturned at 75%. Companies like retailers and importers have front run a tariff reversal and could be at risk if tariffs are retained. Also risk of Trump issuing tariffs under different laws if the SC rules them illegal. MAGS are led by AVGO, NVDA, GOOGL with semis boosted by TSM sales and analyst upgrades of semi equipment companies. Speculative tech are today led by squeezes in the nuclear power basket, space and robotics which is a short squeeze set-up premarket ahead of NFP. Precious metals are bouncing premarket as the bull/bear battle continues. IWM is well above the weekly expected move and outperforming the large cap indices which IMO looks like a short squeeze but also may be a front running of tariff ruling. US NFP 50k vs 66k USA UE rate 4.4% CDN: +8.2k jobs UE rate -6.8% Initial reaction positive for QQQ, SPY higher which is normal if data is within expectations as IV typically drops.  SPX 6900 remains the key support level and 6950 first upside resistance level. The SC statement may or may not occur today but will likely be market-moving, so take care

    IWM

IWM premarket has risen to the 260 call wall and is 2SD above the weekly expected move.  At the call wall, look for a squeeze higher or a pullback which is the statistically more likely move. Support below is at 256, 255. Overnight low 258 can be used as a lower decision level
