indices flat premarket with QQQ leading. Semis are leading despite NVDA, AVGO
being lower due to a 9% move higher on a 5-year deal with META, which allows
META to take an equity position. Mon financials were sold on potentially
private equity concerns, and JPM is now below the weekly expected move and on
watch today. Software names sold off on AI concerns and IGV is below the weekly
expected move and on watch today. IBM multi-standard deviation moves lower on
Anthropic, announcing a means to support old mainframe apps. Fear of AI has
traders moving hard into industries that can’t be negatively impacted by
AI. Gold and silver are pulling back premarket after popping as
tech/financials were sold. State of the Union tonight will likely be important
so take care. SPX 6800 is a key level to hold with potential for large drop
below. Between 6840-7000 look for chop ahead of SOU tonight and NVDA earnings

AMD is now above large call positions, which can lead to further upside with a squeeze or alternatively a pullback on sell the news. 213 is a premarket low, and 215 is a round-number option level that can be used for a pivot.
