Events USA Geneva Iran talks bumpy, Iran closed SoH due to Israel
attacks in Lebanon CDN: CPI 830ET
Stock News SWBI+15.7% ACN-16% earnings
Equity:USA indices dipped Sunday night after USA-Iran discussions stalled
in Geneva with Iran closing SoH due to Israel attacking Lebanon but have
bounced in the European session. The semi/AI group continues to lead with the
memory group surging ahead of MU earnings this week. Taiwan and Korea lifting
EEM with high semi holdings. MAGS generally lower with GOOGL leading lower with
departure of key AI researcher to Anthropic. Software stocks continue to lag
semis and QQQ. S&P correlation is at typical lows which is a caution signal
and means that dispersion trading is favored and leads to some sectors/stocks
lower while others move higher. SPCX continues to leak post-ipo and is dragging
down the Space group. SPCX 175 is the highest volume level since the IPO and a
line in the sand to watch. The SoH noise is supportive for the US$ and the
hawkish FED is supportive to yields; together are negative for gold. Small caps
are outperforming and counter to normal behavior were higher as yields rose.
SPX 7500 is the largest position and can be used as a pivot with < 7475 the
caution level. Market is still operating risk-off with 0DTE put sellers
supporting and the unknown is for how long this will continue. So far hawkish
Fed and SoH uncertainty have not impacted the bulls.

XBI weekly breakout and higher premarket on the potential acquisition of APGE by ABBV. XBI is technically extended with option positioning indicating upside target 150 and downside support 138. Momentum name where ideally one can catch on a pullback.
