  Comments Global indices are flattish ahead of USA PCE data premarket and NVDA earning after the close. Software sector lower post INTU and ZM forecast with INTU weaker forecast and cutting staff 17%. MSFT, TEAM, NOW are lower in sympathy with INTU.  Retail reactions mixed with JSS, BBWI lower but ANF making a large move to the upside. MAGS led by META with story that a settlement discussion may be occurring. META has been under pressure due to multi-state lawsuit accusing META of addicting children. NVDA which reports after the close is flat. NVDA is the bellwether for the AI trade and expect the group to move on Jensen’s forecast. Oil lower as Iran and Oman work on a plan for opening the SoH but the plan will need to be accepted by the USA and IMO Iran will not depart from signed MOU which USA won’t abide to. PCE will be market moving as there is preoccupation with yields. Higher PCE may be bullish for metals, bitcoin and bearish for speculative growth and the inverse also true. SPX 0DTE pivot 7680 with 7700 upside target and 7600 lower target. Positioning indicates well supported below and upside calls indicating leaning to upside with caveat that NVDA earnings after the close may lead to some caution in the afternoon.
