•Stocks: F beat and raise; LC beat and raise; SHOP slowing growth; EBAY lowered guidance increased buyback; MXL  beat raise; ALGN beat; BUD beat and raise; CAT sales miss; UPWK miss; TDOC forecast cut; EW miss and lower guidance; TWLO lower guidance; Bitcoin related stocks bouncing. FAANGMT stocks strong premarket with AAPL and AMZN on tap. TSLA MSFT NVDA held the market up Wed with high option volume and FAANGMT are the keys to market direction in todays trading
